1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p999g website at p999g.net, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the p999g Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on this platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of p999g, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the p999g platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or wagering activities.
• You must not already hold an existing p999g account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances consolidated or forfeited at p999g's discretion.

p999g reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account, for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, and anti-money laundering compliance.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by p999g may result in the restriction, suspension, or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p999g account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify p999g immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. p999g shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must keep your registered contact details — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not use your p999g account for any purpose other than personal entertainment and wagering.
• You must not allow any other person to use your p999g account, whether for wagering, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

p999g reserves the right to carry out additional security checks and request re-verification of your identity at any time, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests or unusual account activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

p999g processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: Deposits made via supported payment methods are generally credited to your p999g account balance within minutes of confirmation. p999g does not charge any fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes published in the Banking section of the p999g platform. p999g reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or payment method registered in the same name as the p999g account.
• p999g may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, details of which are published in the Banking section.
• Any withdrawal request made while a bonus is active on the account may be subject to review and the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal can be processed.
• p999g reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

p999g offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
• p999g reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active on a p999g account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• p999g reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other form of exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new registrants only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules & Sportsbook

All games available on the p999g platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, arcade games, and fish shooting games — operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider. p999g is not responsible for technical malfunctions within game software operated by third-party providers.

Sportsbook and Cricket Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the p999g Sportsbook. The following general rules apply across all sportsbook wagering:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the p999g platform are binding and may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where a market is voided in accordance with sportsbook rules.
• p999g reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous price. Players will be notified and funds returned to their account balance in such circumstances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p999g platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using p999g for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. p999g will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping and match fixing.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the p999g platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one p999g account for any purpose, including the circumvention of account restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to p999g transactions.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain a financial advantage.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

In any event, p999g's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p999g account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

p999g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Any activity that p999g reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• At your own request, including in connection with a self-exclusion request.

You may close your p999g account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance — after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeiture — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13. Disputes & Complaints
